With the arrival of Spring, nature provides a bounty in wild edibles. Join Shawn Dawson, of Barking Kettle Farm, for a taste of the wild. We’ll tour the farm to see how we get things started on Murray Meadows Farm and we’ll harvest some wild edibles from the surrounding area. Next, we’ll head back to The Grounds Cafe where our head chef, Nick van Mele, will provide some tips for cooking with wild edibles and provide a series of samples.
Date: Sunday, June 11, 2017, 2pm – 4pm
Cost: $25 per person (includes sampling of wild edible recipes)
