Join The Grounds Cafe head baker Hannah Green and expert forager Shawn Dawson as they guide you on a step by step lesson of making your very own Apple Pie and Pumpkin Pie.
Each Participant will learn how to make a pie from scratch beginning with pie dough basics. Use local ingredients for the perfect pie filling. Learn techniques & recipes to give you everything you need to know for making your very own pie.
The workshop will be 4-hours long and include a hands on pie making session, a pie tasting, and a take home of both pies for your Thanksgiving weekend.
Coffee and Tea included. All necessary tools, ingredients, and equipment will be provided. Cash bar available for beer, wine, and non alcoholic beverages.
