Move into spring with this gentle yoga practice designed for students who want to learn the fundamental poses in yoga, as well as more seasoned students, who are looking for a more gentle practice. Gentle Hatha yoga will help you develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness over time and in this practice we move in and out of poses slowly, focusing on safe alignment, breath and having fun.
Classes begin Friday, February 14 th and continue every Friday until March 20th , the first day of spring!
